Hey, I’m Sara Kate – the heart, soul, and camera behind shot by sara kate.
I’m a beach-loving, light-chasing photographer based on St. Simons & Sea Island, Georgia. I’m also a single mama to two wild and wonderful littles, a lover of sunsets over salty water, and a firm beliver that real moments > posed ones every time.
My work is rooted in connection, movement, and the magic of fleeting seasons – whether it’s the way your fiance looks at you under a veil, or your toddler’s sandy toes as they run straight into the waves ;) I’m here to turn all of that emotion into art that feels timeless, soft, and a little cinematic.
